For ADSvanSTIGT this years edition of Europort was very interesting with a wide diversity of interest.
Together with Masson Marine and Electric Ship Facilities we showed our hybrid solution which attracted a lot of interested visitors.
With our existing gearboxes and PTO/PTI’s we are able to offer hybrid solutions based on reliable and proven components. During Europort 2011 we started an official cooperation with Electric Ship Facilities so we can deliver a complete concept; gearbox, PTI, electric engine, controller and remote control. Together with Electric Ship Facilities we can provide a suitable concept for each type of vessel with the highest possible efficiency and therefore green.
We also agreed on an official cooperation with Logan clutch. Logan offers a complete line of hydraulically and pneumatically actuated industrial clutches and breaks for a variety of wet and dry clutch applications.
From our ADSvanSTIGT propulsion control systems we showed a
ZF CruisCommand based inland vessel system with bridge panel including an emergency control and MC 2000 lever. We also showed a control system based on the ZF MicroCommander.
Dr. E. Horn had his focus on the BDMS / BTMS (Bearing Distance Monitoring System / Bearing Temperature Monitoring System) engine monitoring system and crankshaft bearing monitoring for 2 (MDA 312) and 4 stroke engines.
Besides that we showed a multi-indicator which indicates RPM, pitch and angular distortion of the thruster. Also we exhibited a few EAD indicating instruments for rudder position, one of which is connected to an encoder. As previous years the Horn Oil Mist Detector was shown.

The emphasis of this years Europort exhibition for ADSvanSTIGT was also that we supply genuine spare parts we deliver from our partner factories as ZF Marine, Geislinger, Plöger, O & K, Schaller Automation, Masson Marine and Horn.
